The founding of Broline & Associates was the natural evolution of years of frontline legal work, courtroom learning and strategic clarity. What began as one lawyer’s journey through Kenya’s legal terrain has grown into a firm built for clients who demand more: structure, sharp thinking and legal outcomes that hold. Here’s how that journey unfolded and why it matters today.
Joined the University of Nairobi School of Law with a deep sense of purpose and a quiet conviction that law could be used not just to resolve disputes but to structure meaningful outcomes.
Graduated with a strong academic foundation, deep exposure to Kenya’s legal landscape and an early appreciation for detail, preparation and professional discipline.
Enrolled at the Kenya School of Law. Between lectures, court observations and internships, began connecting theory with the day-to-day work of advocates in real legal systems.
Pupillage year. The year of silent mentorship, tight deadlines and learning how law is really practiced not just what’s taught. Earned experience in corporate/commercial law, litigation, compliance, employment and general advisory files.
Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court and joined a Nairobi-based firm, where I began to handle live client matters, appear in court and advise on both personal and commercial disputes.
Grew into complex briefs. From employment disputes and real estate matters to compliance audits and cross-border structuring. Learned the value of clarity, resilience and sound judgment under pressure.
Years of experience clarified something deeper. Clients need more than reactive legal help. They need strategic advisors who bring structure, calm and foresight, not just paperwork or appearances.
Founded to deliver exactly that. Clear, structured, outcome-driven legal counsel for clients navigating risk, growth or change in Kenya and beyond.
